Lucky to be in a region rich in diverse and varied products, we are committed to working them to the maximum!
Working only as a couple, we have chosen to limit the number of covers for comfort; as well for the client, in order to create a relationship and to better define his expectations; that for us, in order to take care of the service and highlight the work done in the kitchen.
We have opted for a short menu, changing frequently to work the products when they are ready to join our plates.
All our products are produced on site, using only fresh produce.
